Making cakes is not as difficult as you think! You can pick the ingredience easily
by just picking them up in your nearest supermarket. However, imagine that you have all the
ingredience ready for use, but how to convert them to cakes? An Oven? Electronic hand mixer?
Or a Cake Tin? They are all the tools that necessary to make a successful cake. And now, I am
going to introduce one by one so that you can familarse with them!

Cake Tin is an important tool to bake a cake. After you put all the ingredience
into the mixture, the next step is to put this mixture into Cake Tin for baking. The shape of the
cake depends on the shape of the Cake Tin.

Cooling rack is used when the cake is just baked and still hot and soft. Cooling rack allow
the cake to cool down and form harder before serve.

Hand Mixer is used to mix all ingredience together. For cakes baking, electronic hand mixer
is most prefered as it can beat the mixture to peak form easily and air can go inside. This can make the
cakes become softer.

Oven is the most important tools if you bake a cake, as this allows you to turn the uncooked mixture
to cooked. However, you should be so careful that different oven's heating speed and methods are different.

Make from basic: Sponge Cake
 Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
60g butter
4 eggs
120g granulated sugar
120g flour
Steps:
- Beat egg evenly with egg mixer. Add sugar and stir evenly.
- Beat with electric mixer until agg mixture changes to lighter colour and soft peaks form.
- Sift flour 3 times at least. Add shifted flour to egg mixture gradually.
Stir well. This can increase the air inside mixture
- Add melted butter. Stir well
- Line base and side of a deep round cake tin with non-stick baking paper. Pour egg mixture into
cak tin. Smooth surface.
- Knock cake tin onto table 2-3times to smooth surface. Put into pre-heated 200 degrees oven and bake
for 20-25minutes. Take out and stand cake in tin for a while. Take out cake and transfer to cooling rack.
Cool until harden.

Measuring cups and Kitchen Scale provides you to measure
ingredience more accurately. This can avoid cakes be too sweet or tasteless.

Flour Sifter allows you to sift flour more easily. The more you sift flour before
baking cakes, the smoother and softer the cake will be.
|
Rubber spatula and Egg beater allows you to mix the mixture of ingridence
well before baking it.
